Two levels occupy 240 mΒ² of living space with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, a dining area and a sofa lounge with a flatscreen TV and a fireplace, all with access to the pool deck. Three specious and beautifully designed full bathrooms with gorgeous wood detailare at your disposal, as well as an extra separate toilet. Each bedroom has access to its own terrace. Interior design is a combination of natural tones, raw material, clean cut lines, parquet floors and natural wood detail suggesting a cozy, yet contemporary feel. Outdoor terrace leads to a 30mΒ²pool, sun loungers and a covered alfresco dining area with barbecue facilities making outdoor dining with a view an everyday treat.
